• Payment: We accept credit cards for all purchases. Payments must be received in full prior to order dispatch.

6. Shipping Policy & Restrictions

Vape products generally ship via USPS Priority Mail / Priority Mail Express, while non-vape items ship via UPS Ground. Delivery times (3-7 business days) are estimates only.

All products and services are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall Siesta G Global Distribution, LLC or its affiliates be liable for special, indirect, or consequential damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the actual amount paid by you for the products purchased in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

8. Governing Law & Mandatory Binding Arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any controversies or claims arising out of these terms or site use shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Hillsborough County, Florida.
